EgriBiancoDanza directed by Susanna Egri and Raphael Bianco was established in Turin in 1999. EgriBiancoDanza embodies some of the distinctive characters and values of the Fondazione Egri per la Danza: curiosity, roots and innovation, research and sharing. Values that are required of all the artists of the Company.
EgriBiancoDanza: 2 artistic directors, 1 permanent choreographer, 2 assistants, 8 permanent dancers, 90 shows a year, more than 7000 spectators.

Founder
Dancer, choreographer, dance teacher, Susanna Egri is one of the most unique personalities of Italian dance field. Since 1946 ,Prima ballerina and choreographer in several prestigious theaters and festivals (Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Comunale di Firenze, Opera di Roma, Regio di Torino, Spoleto, Nervi, etc.), her name is linked to the beginnings of television in Italy, for to which she pioneered the choreographic creation for the video medium, winning an Italia TV Award (1963) with her ballet Cavalleria Rusticana. An international choreographer, many of her creations have entered the repertoire of foreign companies (as Cullberg Ballet, Gulbenkian Foundation,) and just as many are the foreign tours of her company "I Balletti di Susanna Egri". Member of juries in international competitions, Egri is often invited to hold seminars in Italy and abroad. In 1984 she was the first Italian choreographer called to China to give master classes and set up a ballet for a major Chinese company. Also in the context of the opera Susanna Egri has made important productions of particular prominence her choreography for the AIDA at the Arena di Verona, always restaged since eighteen years, with performances in Vienna , in Tokyo , in Caesarea (1993) and in Dortmund . Of great importance is the pedagogical activity in her dance school in Turin, in which many professional dancers active in Italy and abroad at the highest levels have been trained, and the institution of the University of Dance for the training of choreographers. As institutional carrer she has been involved in many project that have rethought the dance fiel internationnaly: as Former President of the Italian National Council of Dance - CNID ,Former Vice - President of Conseil International dela Danse - UNESCO ,Member of the Executive Council of the Dance Section of ELIA - European League of Institutes of the Arts .

Raphael BIANCO
Director
Born in Bombay. Since the age of 12 he has studied ballet and contemporary dance in Turin with Susanna Egri, joining her company in 1988. In 1991 he graduated with full marks at the “University of Dance” MA in Choreography. His international carreer as a dancer started in 1992 to 1994 at Norwegian National Contemporary Dance Company “NYE Carte Blanche” in Bergen (choreographies by Rui Horta, IC Johanssen, Solvi Edvardsen, Arne Fogerholt). Later he collaborated with Micha Van Hoecke and his Ensemble (1994-1995), later in France at the Ballet du Nord (1995-1999), working with choreographers such as JC Gallotta, C. Brumachon, Niels Christe and dancing as a soloist in many productions of the choreographer and director Maryse Delente. He has always wanted to develop his choreographic skills, by. creating choreographies for the company “I Balletti di Susanna Egri”, for various Gala showcases, International Festivals.
In 1999 he came back in Turin and funded with Susanna Egri EgriBiancoDanza Company, becoming resident choreographer. He has created most of the Company repertoire going from theatre performances until site-specific works, touring in Italy and abroad in Festivals as Infiorata in Genzano Italy, Budapest Spring Festival Hungary, TorinoDanza Festival Italy, Ohrid International Dance Festival Macedonia, International Dance Festival Fintdanz Chile, E45 Naples Fringe Festival Italy, Vignale Monferrato Festival Italy, Aura dance festival Lithuania, Tanz Bielefeld- Germany....
In more than 30 years of activity, he has received several awards as dancer (es. Rieti Premio Positano, finalist at Concours International de Paris) and as choreographer (es. in Italy Roma in Danza 2013, Solo Coreografoco, Le Voci dell'anima, in Poland Nijinsky Award).
In 2002 he has named the dance season of Fondazione Egri IPUNTIDANZA, since then part of his work as director is also managing his team of collaborators in order to create new focus and projects around the company development and also expanding the Fondazione Egri goals. Craeting new dance seasons, encouraging creation of young artisti, international exchanges, giving chance to tour to other Italian dance companies, increasing project of audience engagement, in order to create sinergies between cites in Piemonte region around dance field.

He was born on 19 June 1979 in Casale Monferrato.
From 1993 to 1998 he studied at the "Teatro Nuovo dance academy" in Turin.
It ranks in 3rd place in the "Cuban International Competition" (Havana, Cuba 1996 - classical dance), in 1st place in the "International Di Vignale Danza Competition" (1996 - modern dance), in 2nd place in the "International Competition Of Cuba ”(Havana, Cuba 1997 - classical dance), in 2nd place at the“ International Competition of Rieti ”(1997). In addition, gold medal and 1st Absolute Prize at the "International Di Vignale Competition" (1997), "Pinerolo Per La Danza" (1997) and "Vignale Danza" (2003) Talent Prize.
Over the years he has worked with various Masters and Choreographers including: Ramona De Saa, Maria Elena Fernandez, Nancy Fresneda, Maria Eugenia Reyes, Daniela Chianini, Antonio Della Monica, Niurca De Saa, Giulio Cantello, Renata Justino, Gianni Benazzo, Marina Fisso, Pompea Santoro, Robert North, Marco Berrier, Lindsay Kamp, Austin Hartel, Max Luna III, Vittorio Biagi, Luciano Cannito, Tuccio Rigano, Laura Pulin, Michele Pogliani, Fabrizio Angelini, Carolyn Carlson, Lorca Massin, Miikka Ryytty, Raphael Bianco and Susanna Egri.
From 1998 to 2009 he worked in the “Compagnia del Teatro Nuovo”; in the winter seasons (2006-2008) he took part in the show "Snowman" directed by Robert North in the company "Birmingham Repertory Theater".
In 2009 she joined the EgriBiancoDanza Company as a permanent dancer and since 2015 she has been teaching classical technique in the Susanna Egri School of Dance. She is fascinated by the classical world, she loves writing and reading as well as children.

Vincenzo CRINITI
Dancer
He was born on 21 August 1991 in Catanzaro. She began studying modern dance at the age of nine and after a few years ballet, contemporary and Irish and London tap dance at the Maison d’Art school in Catanzaro directed by F. Piro and I. Opipari. Study with numerous nationally and internationally renowned teachers.
Between 2004 and 2006 he ranks in the first three places of numerous Italian competitions.
In June 2007, thanks to the Dance & amp; summer competition, he joined the modern department of the “Ballet of Tuscany” school directed by Cristina Bozzolini.
In September 2008 he joined the youth company "Junior Balletto di Toscana" with which he participated in numerous shows in various Italian cities and in France.
He works with numerous choreographers including Francesco Nappa, Fabrizio Monteverde, Cristina Rizzo, Eugenio Scigliano, Mauro Bigonzetti, Arianna Benedetti.
In 2010 he took part in the production "Le Destin des Images" of the Harry Albert Companies of Lyon in collaboration with Elena Rolla's DAS Danzatelierstudios.
In the summer he was part of the teaching staff of the "DanzAscoli 2010" stage, thus starting the teaching of contemporary dance in various schools in Italy.
From 2011 he began to choreograph for the Young Choreographers Showcase of the Egri Foundation for Dance, thus trying to cultivate his passion for choreographic composition. In 2011 he joined the EgriBiancoDanza Company as a permanent dancer.
In parallel with his activity as a dancer, thanks to the support of the Egri Foundation, he achieves qualifications as a social media manager, thus starting a training and work path in the digital communication sector.
He is fascinated by all forms of technology and is interested in all forms of communication, particularly in the artistic sector.

Cristian MAGURANO

He was born on 01 October 1987 in Maglie.
At the age of 15 he began studying ballet and modern jazz at the "Centro Danza Degas di Cannole" school (LE) directed by Antonio Orlando.
In 2006, at the age of 18, thanks to a scholarship, he joined the "School of Tuscany Ballet" directed by Cristina Bozzolini, continuing his studies at the "Centro Danza e Movimento" school founded by Lilia Bertelli. In the same year he joined the “Mistral” company directed by Deanna Losi with whom he participated in various shows.
Winner and finalist of numerous competitions, he obtained scholarships for higher education schools such as the "IDA di Ravenna" school, "Bartolomei training center" and for training courses with the "Compagnia Zappalà" directed by Roberto Zappalà. He is also called as a Guest in Florentine companies such as "Emox Balletto Contemporaneo" directed by Beatrice Paoleschi, "Lyricdancecompany" directed by Alberto Canestro and participates in choreographic groups with the company "Controversodanza" and "BNEnsamble" directed by Massimiliano Terranova.
Since 2011 he has been a dancer in the stable nucleus of the Egribiancodanza Company directed by Susanna Egri. At the same time he collaborates on some MixAbility dance projects with the “Compagnia Dreamtime” directed by Paola Banone.
In 2014 he began a training course in choreographic composition techniques with Raphael Bianco creating several works for the Young Choreographers section of PUNTIDANZA. In the same year he won an award as a choreographer in the international competition "SOLOCOREGRAFICO" organized by Raffaele Irace's "The Very Secret Dance Society" association.
From 2015 he became tutor of the AFED students (High Training Egri Danza).
She loves nature and immerses herself and for this reason in 2019 she began her studies in Forestry Sciences.

Elisa BERTOLI

Born on October 13, 1990 in Turin.
From 1996 to 2009 she studied classical and modern dance at the "Associazione Dancin '" school, directed by Barbara Quintaba. It takes the three professional exams of the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) method: Intermediate (2005), Advanced 1 (2007), Advanced 2 (2008).
In 2009 he had the opportunity to participate in the lessons of the company "Balletto dell’Esperia", held by Miguel Soto and by the director Paolo Mohovich himself. He also obtained a scholarship and attended the professional course of the Classical department at the "School of Ballet of Tuscany" directed by Cristina Bozzolini, where he has the opportunity to study with Barbara Baer, Lucia Geppi, Alessandro Bigonzetti, Eugenio Scigliano, Eugenio Buratti, Arianna Benedetti and Michele Merola.
In October / November 2009 she dances in the musical "Sistina - Broadway round trip", by Tony Lofaro (May 2009) and in the production "Phèdre" by Pablo Bronstein, alongside the company "Balletto dell’Esperia".
From March 2010 he began professional training as an intern at the EgriBiancoDanza Company. In 2011 he joined the permanent staff of the Company taking part in all the productions of the repertoire. Since 2017 he has supported the Egri Foundation with backstage photo shoots because photography is one of his great passions. After graduating in Physical Sciences, he devoted himself to studying to become a massage therapist, thus cultivating his passion for attention and the functioning of the human body.

Gianna Bassan was born on May 12 1998 in Arzignano, Italy. Moving to the United States at three years old, she began her dance training at the age of six at Northern Cincinnati Youth Ballet, where she was classically trained in both Ballet and Horton technique. During her studies there she participated in many competitions such as YAGP and World Ballet Competition where she consistently placed top 12, including a third place for contemporary solo. She then attended Boston Conservatory at Berklee in 2016-2018 where she began more seriously training her contemporary techniqche before moving to the University of Zurich. While attending university in Zurich she worked with choreographers such as Nadav Zelner, Gregor Zöllig, Heinz Spoerli, Lorand Zachar, and Sergei Vanaev. As a part of her university she was required to take part in an internship within a company, where she joined EgriBianco Danza, in 2021. As of January 2023, she is a full member of the company.

Francesco Morriello was born in Salerno, in 1997 and received his dance education at the dance high school of Salerno, before starting his graduate studies at the Zurich University of the Arts (zhdk) in 2016 where he works with several choreographers from international fame and participating in several international festivals: Annabelle Lopez, Itzik Galili, Barak Marshall, Emanuele soavi, Ihsan Rustem, Steps Festival and Skopje Dance Festival.
In 2014 he worked for the municipal and regional theater of Corfu in the production of Romeo & Juliet revisited version of Petros Gallias in the role of Romeo.
In 2015 he began working for Bordeline dance directed by Claudio Malngone and in the same year he worked for a project with Dimitris papaioannou with the Korper Company, directed by Gennaro Cimmino participating in the Ravello Festival.
In the 2018/19 season he is a trainee at the Tanz Theater Luzern (TLT).
In 2019 he works at the Dantzaz company in San Sebastian in Spain.
Between 2019/2021l he works on various projects between Switzerland and Germany.
In 2021 he choreographed for the Campagnia Danza association directed by Antonella Iannone with the choreography "Roommates" which debuted in various theaters.
Finally, between 2022/23 he joins the staff of the EgriBiancoDanza Company.
His passion is horse riding.

In 2015 he began working for Bordeline dance directed by Claudio Malngone and in the same year he worked for a project with Dimitris papaioannou with the Korper Company, directed by Gennaro Cimmino participating in the Ravello Festival.
In the 2018/19 season he is a trainee at the Tanz Theater Luzern (TLT).
In 2019 he works at the Dantzaz company in San Sebastian in Spain.
Between 2019/2021l he works on various projects between Switzerland and Germany.
In 2021 he choreographed for the Campagnia Danza association directed by Antonella Iannone with the choreography "Roommates" which debuted in various theaters.
Finally, between 2022/23 he joins the staff of the EgriBiancoDanza Company.
His passion is horse riding.

Born in 1983, she trained at the Susanna Egri dance school in Turin and later moved to France in Lyon where in 2004 she graduated in "Arts du Spectacle, Mention Theater", at the Université 'Lumière Lyon 2 and later had her Master in Theater Studies at the same faculty. In the same year she graduated from "LABAN Dance Center" in London, in Professional Diploma in Dance Studies in Contemporary Technique: Cunningham and Release, Choreological Studies and Choreography. Her professional carrer as dance teacher in various dance schools in Torino and Lyon. As dancer she began in Lyon with Harry Albert , in London with Gary Lambert as part of the Laban productions, Sally Crawford (England), Katla Thor (Iceland) , Kate Johnson (England), Maria Machado (Brazil). In 2007, with Eleonora Mercatali he founded the DAS / DanzAtelierStudios Company in Turin with which he creates shows and promotes site-specific. She also works as a dancer for the "Compagnia Irène Tassembedo" (Burkina Faso), "Laura Murphy" (Ireland), "Ta.li.le Dance Company" (Holland), "Compagnie Desobliques" (France), as a choreographer and dancer with the “Compagnie Tegueré” (Burkina Faso), with “Miikka Ryytty” (Finland) and “Katla Thor” (Iceland), “Compagnia PianoInBilico” (Italy).
In 2009 she joined the team of Fondazione Egri per la danza, first as choreographer assistant. Since 2012 , her company DAS began part of Fondazione Egri's project becoming the engagement department of it, with it Elena has collaborate with "TorinoDanza Festival" for the artistic / organizational coordination of the "Défilé Turin-Lyon 2014 and 2016 edition and community works for Piemonte dal Vivo edition 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 (project Re:Rosas, Nelken-line, Le Sacre, Scottish Ballet Youth Exchange) Today she is Company manager for EgriBiancoDanza, supporting Raphael Bianco's vision for the Company and de Fondazione Egri's projects, working on the different dance seasons and coordinating the teams.

He was born on September 17, 1988 in Pompeii and began his dance studies at the "Snelliform" private school and then moved to the "A.C.S.D. Russian Ballet Center ", where he will study until obtaining the lyric tersicoreo diploma in 2006.
He participates in numerous reviews and competitions, ranking 2nd in the "Premio Danza Europa" (2002 - group category), 1st place in the "Premio Danza Europa" (2004 - pas de deux), 1st place at the "Maiori Grandi Eventi" (2004 - classical soloists), 1st place in the "Danza del Mediterraneo" competition (2006 - jazz soloists), 1st place in the "AID Award pearl dance ”(2007 - jazz soloists), 1st place in the“ BiellaDanza ”competition and special mention by Adriana Cava (2007 - jazz soloists).
In 2004 he won a scholarship for the "Summer Intensive Performing in New York 2004" and in the same year he began his career as a dancer with the company "FuturoDanza" directed by Hernan Piquin of the Balletto Salernitano; subsequently he works with the company “Artestudio” of Loredana Mutalipassi.
In 2008 he joined the staff of the company "Balletto dell 'Esperia" in Turin directed by Paolo Mohovich; in 2009 he joined the EgriBiancoDanza company as a permanent dancer and at the same time attended some refresher courses on dance teaching such as that of the San Carlo Theater in Naples.
In 2015 he began his career as a Maitre de Ballet within the EgriBiancoDanza Company and from 2019 he added that of tour manager to his duties. At the same time he also deals with the teaching of ballet and jazz dance (Matt Mattox free style technique).
Vincenzo followed his passion for Ayurvedic medicine by obtaining a diploma as an Ayurvedic practitioner in 2019.

Inizia a studiare danza modern all’età di nove anni e dopo alcuni anni danza classica, contemporanea e tip tap irlandese e londinese, presso la scuola Maison d’Art di Catanzaro diretta da F. Piro e I. Opipari. Studia con numerosi insegnanti di fama nazionale e internazionale.
Tra il 2004 e il 2006 si classifica nei primi tre posti di numerosi concorsi italiani.
Nel giugno 2007 grazie al concorso Danza&estate entra a far parte del dipartimento modern della scuola del “Balletto di Toscana” diretta da Cristina Bozzolini.
Nel settembre 2008 entra a far parte della compagnia giovanile “Junior Balletto di Toscana” con la quale partecipa a numerosi spettacoli in varie città italiane e in Francia.
Lavora con numerosi coreografi tra cui Francesco Nappa, Fabrizio Monteverde, Cristina Rizzo, Eugenio Scigliano, Mauro Bigonzetti, Arianna Benedetti.
Nel 2010 prende parte alla produzione “Le Destin des Images” delle Compagnie Harry Albert di Lione in collaborazione con il DAS Danzatelierstudios di Elena Rolla.
Nell’estate fa parte del corpo docenti dello stage “DanzAscoli 2010” iniziando così l’insegnamento di danza contemporanea in varie scuole d’ Italia.
Dal 2011 inizia a coreografare per la Vetrina Giovani Coreografi della Fondazione Egri per la Danza cercando così di coltivare la sua passione per la composizione coreografica. Nel 2011 entra a far parte della Compagnia EgriBiancoDanza come ballerino stabile.
Parallelamente all'attività di danzatore grazie al supporto della Fondazione Egri consegue dei titoli come social media manager iniziando così un percorso formativo e lavorativo nel settore della comunicazione digitale.
È affascinato da ogni forma di tecnologia ed è interessato ogni forma di comunicazione particolarmente nel settore artistico.

In 2000 he began attending the "Accademia del Teatro alla Scala" under the direction of Anna Maria Prina and then graduated in 2009 with Frédéric Olivieri. Here he trained with teachers such as Pompea Santoro, Davide Bombana, Amelia Colombini and Leonid Nikonov. In the same year he obtained an apprenticeship at the “Kibbutz Contemporary Company” (Israel). Back in Italy he started working for various neoclassical companies such as the “Balletto di Milano”, the “Balletto di Vicenza” and the “One Thousand Dance Company”.
Later he worked with the dance theater company "Societas Raffaello Sanzio" directed by the actress-director Claudia Castellucci.
From 2011 to 2013 he collaborated with the animation agency "4Fun" (Switzerland), with which he worked in the Balearic Islands at the "Insotel" chain and in Egypt at the "Domina Coral Bay in Sharm el Sheik" (managing the dance company ). In 2014 he began working as a dancer for the “Royal Caribbean” (Miami) on the Radiance of the Seas.
